Bricked Ship House currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders may ship in separate packages when items are fulfilled from different locations.

You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Available shipping services, prices, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout based on the items, package size, weight, and destination.

Current options may include:

  • Economy shipping
  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited UPS services
  • Free economy shipping on qualifying orders of $99.95 or more

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us within 1 hour if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment begins.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. Check around the delivery location, with household members, and with neighbors when appropriate.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and email us at support@brickedshiphouse.com. We will help review available tracking and shipment information.

Damaged packages or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
