Shipping Policy
🧾 Shipping Policy for Bricked Ship House
Last updated: [12.5.25] Thank you for shopping at Bricked Ship House. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, delivery times, and related questions for orders placed through our online store.
1. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During busy times, sales, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer—but we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll do our best to let you know.
2. Shipping methods & carriers
We primarily ship using standard ground services from major carriers such as:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
We choose the carrier and service based on the item, destination, and cost so we can keep shipping reliable and reasonably priced.
At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and an estimated delivery window based on your location.
3. Shipping locations
Right now, we primarily ship to addresses within the United States.
If you are outside the U.S. and are very interested in an item, feel free to reach out through the Contact page and we’ll let you know if we can make an exception and what the shipping cost might be.
4. Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
Most U.S. orders arrive in about 3–10 business days
Remote or rural locations may take a bit longer
Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control can sometimes impact delivery times
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees, but we try to ship promptly so your order is on its way as soon as possible.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Your shipping address
The weight and size of the items in your order
The shipping method selected
Any available shipping options and prices will be shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Order tracking
Once your order ships:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if tracking is available for the selected method).
You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress with the carrier.
If you didn’t receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, reach out via the Contact page with your name and order number.
7. Incorrect addresses & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we can usually reship it—but additional shipping charges may apply.
If you realize there’s an address error right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
8. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, some things are outside our direct control—but we’re still here to help.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package:
Check with other members of your household and neighbors
Look around porches, side doors, garages, or other usual drop spots
Give it 1–2 business days in case the carrier marked it delivered early
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you look into options with the carrier. In some cases, you may need to open a claim directly with the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), reach out and we’ll work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation and item availability.
9. Damaged items in transit
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of:
The outer packaging
The damaged item
Contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
A description of the damage
The photos
We’ll review the situation and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the damage and inventory.
10. International duties & taxes (if applicable in the future)
If we ever enable international shipping:
Customers would be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
For now, if we make a one-off exception for an international order, we’ll clearly communicate that any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
11. How shipping ties into returns
For information on:
Return eligibility
Who pays return shipping
Refund timelines
…please see our Returns & Refund Policy page.
In general:
If a return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, significantly not as described), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or provide a prepaid label where possible.
For returns due to other reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.), the buyer is usually responsible for return shipping.
12. How to contact us about shipping
If you have any questions about this Shipping Policy, your order’s shipment, or delivery:
Use the Contact page on our website, or
Email us at: deals@BrickedShipHouse.com
Please include your order number in your message when possible so we can help you faster.
